1. 30-Day Return Period for Faulty Goods
We are committed to the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty or defective item due to manufacturing issues, you can initiate a return within 30 days of product shipment.
Conditions for Faulty Returns:
- The product must have a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible.
- Only products purchased through thenorquest.com or its subdomains are covered. Items from third-party sellers are excluded.
- Please also note that we do not accept returns for Ice baths nor accessories that have been in contact with water.
2. 14-Day Return Period for change of mind
If you change your mind, you can initiate a return within 14 days of product shipment.
Conditions for returns after change of mind:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in new condition – and it must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included. Please note that we do not provide free returns, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Shipping Costs
- Faulty Goods : We cover return shipping costs for USA-based customers.
- Change of Mind : If you return an unused item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
6. Inspection and Refund/Replacement
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the reported issue. If the product is deemed faulty:
- We will process your choice of refund or replacement within 7 days after we receive the product.
