Shipping policy


We ship to all of the USA with Amazon.

See the average delivery times below:

Mainland USA: Estimated delivery time of 3 business days for standard delivery and 2 business days for express delivery.

All orders are shipped from Amazon warehouse located in mainland USA.

 

Failed or Missing Deliveries

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues, such as:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • No one available to receive the package
  • The customer refusing to accept the delivery

The package will be returned to Amazon Warehouse. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check your mailbox or delivery location.
  • Contact your local post office or the delivery company directly for assistance.

Note: We do not issue refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered. To prevent this issue, we highly recommend shipping to a secure address.

 

Order Tracking & Delivery Estimates

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. This usually occurs within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
  • Delivery times provided at checkout and above are estimates based on courier averages and cannot be guaranteed.
